All Blueprinting / Lab Finishing is preformed utilizing the Hale MRI with ISO Class S tolerances
Blueprinting
Blueprinting refers to the process used to insure the accuracy of the propeller rake angle, pitch, progression, pitch variation and cup. This hand process involves thinning the blades and sharpening the leading edges(knife Edge).
Lab Finishing
Lab finishing refers to the process used to insure the accuracy of the propeller rake angle, pitch, progression, pitch variation and cup. This hand process involves thinning the blades and sharpening the leading edges (knife edge).
* The advantage of Blueprinting/Lab Finishing is that it reduces the horsepower required to turn the propeller and generates more usable horsepower for thrust. On an accurate, well-built propeller the speed gain may be 2-3 miles per hour. On a lesser quality propeller, the increase may be 3-4 miles per hour.

Please read before installing new prop.
We have an exchange policy for props purchased through Lake Lanier Propeller. Please TAKE EXTRA PRECAUTIONS WHEN TRYING THIS PROP OUT FOR THE FIRST TIME.
If the prop you ordered is the wrong pitch for your application, we will exchange the prop for the next pitch you are responsible for all shipping costs. This has to be done within 10 days of delivery. Cannot have any nicks, dings, scratches etc. We order your propeller going off the information that was provided by you. We are not responsible for any exchange or refund if the information you provided was incorrect.
Please be very careful with the prop the first time you try it. Especially when loading your boat onto the trailer. Props will pick up small rocks and gravel off the boat ramp and scratch prop. If the prop is scratched, nicked, or dinged, we cannot accept prop for exchange.
